this week we are in for a real treat – we’re going to do an affirmative visualization meditation. affirmative meditations are like taking a bath in positive energy. (i have a selection of them available on my meditation page if you want to learn more about them.) visualization provides the opportunity to step into the dream come true, at least for a few minutes. we can check out how it feels to live with the dream which can provide us with amazing information about our dreams that can support us in making them real easier and faster.

last night a really lovely and wonderful woman called me for help with an issue she was having. she was doing something we all do sometimes – taking a small thing and turning it into a big thing via procrastination, letting her fears run unchecked and wondering “what if?”.
this thing had been weighing heavily on this woman’s shoulders for months.

we’re already at the end of our first dream-filled month, and it’s time for a party.
first we want to acknowledge ourselves and the courage it takes to believe in ourselves and our dreams. we live in a world where this is not considered normal and just by being a part of this, you are being a part of change. change towards a gentler, more loving, more dream-filled world. in coming together in this group to support each other dreaming we are making a difference. {read the full article}

opening up my journal is an opportunity to take a break, open up to myself, look around and explore where i’m at and how i’m feeling. i’m sharing the photos here but it’s not about how it looks, it’s about taking that time for myself, my creativity, my happiness. lately i really cherish my journaling time as i find that i can express myself through colour and texture in a way that feels much more satisfying than just using words. and as i relax into the process, relax into myself and let my creative spirit flow, i find new parts of me to express, new ideas, new inspiration, new clarity and new joy.

it’s sunday – which means it’s creating dreams come true day. if you are new, please feel free to join in. the more creative dreamers the better! i am really enjoying how more dreamers keep finding us and joining in and sharing their lists. if you look back through the posts from the last few weeks, you will see there are lots of new comments from beautiful new dreamers.
this week we are going to look at trying something new.
trying something new can create shifts. sometimes we can be stuck in our ways, and there is no flexibility or space for dreams to grow. small changes can break things loose and open up space to let some dreams in.

last week i shared this journal page in process. since then, this page has been sitting half finished on my art table, like an open invitation. and life was responding, bringing me some really beautiful opportunities to explore and express who i am becoming. this week i have discovered a new sense of clarity which has made it easier for me to stay strong and speak my truth, even when it’s completely awkward and i’d rather just hide.
i look at what has been happening in my life and i am really quite happy and impressed with how i am showing up in the world right now. clear, strong and open hearted.
