i have been creating and facilitating creativity workshops for the last 2 years. some of the workshops i have done are: creative visioning, creativity for healing, creative journaling, discovering your creative spirit, creating a journal of delight, inspiration cards and art parties.
i love creativity workshops.
each workshop is a unique gathering of kindred spirits. each person’s creative essence plays a role in the workshop. we support, nurture and inspire each other. the air sparkles with possibility.
each workshop begins with introductions, sharings and discussions about the topic. then i lead a guided meditation to get us all centered, connected to our creative essence and ready to explore.
then the magic begins. we go through creative exercises that help us get more in touch with our own creative essence, and then use that connection. out creativity is our power and our intuition. it has our answers and our light. creativity workshops provide a space where we can receive those answers and be that light.
bringing these workshops online is exciting. the format does not change, only the ways in which we connect. we will meet in an online creativity haven where we can introduce ourselves and set up our own personal creativity nooks that we can share with the others in the workshop. lessons, topics and meditations will be presented in a video format. there will be much sharing and connecting and each person can be in the workshop from the comfort of their own cozy home.
