what's next

i am caught up in the fullness and enjoyment of summer.  blooming flowers, trips to the beach, a slower pace.  it’s such a magical feeling for me, the sense of fulfillment and dreams come to fruition -  the garden bursting with abundance, the enjoyment of it all  – combined with the ease of the gentle pace where not just enjoying the moment but actually celebrating it becomes a top priority for almost everyone.   this is perfect.

at the same time my calendar reminds me that fall is just around the corner and workshops have been scheduled and ideas are growing and it feels like time for me to get clear on what i am doing next, and why.  i am about to flow out of a quiet summer into an active fall.  some dates and details are sure to change but so far what i have planned is:

sunday september 20: shine a light creativity workshop

at the centre for conscious living

on friday september 18 the centre will be playing debbie ford’s film the shadow effect.  i am so excited.  i love debbie’s work and am so thrilled that she made this film and that we’re going to be showing it here in winnipeg.  this workshop shine a light will be about shining a light on the shadow, using some creativity exercises i have developed in my own shadowy explorations.  we shine a light on all parts of us and we open up to greater levels of self acceptance.

intention:  exploring beneath the surface to discover our hidden talents, passions, dreams and strength.  opening up to greater self-acceptance

monday september 28: creativity workshop

at the edge gallery and artists’ village

this workshop is going to be focused on discovering/uncovering/brightening your creative spirit and learning how to use it as a tool for creating healing, happiness and harmony in your life.

intention: to discover and expand our connection to our creative spirits

monday october 5: create your best life prosperity program

at the centre for conscious living (this progam will continue on the first monday of each month)

i have co-created this program with my fellow new thought practitioners and prosperity sisters judy flynn and april johnston-ulrich.  this fall we return with a new format and the same focus as last year: to support the participants in creating their best lives.

intention: to grow in prosperity, to dream bigger dreams, and make them happen.

friday october 16 to sunday october 18: kelly tobey workshop

(with free seminar thursday october 15)  this event is called “create the relationships you have always wanted by learning to more fully love yourself” and i will be on kelly’s team of assistants.  do check out kelly’s website if you are interested in integrative transformational processing.

intention: move through blocks and obstacles into a more loving place

thursday october 29: creativity workshop/introduction

at the children’s hospital

i will be doing a short seminar as a part of the health science’s centre healthy workplace month, to introduce staff to using creativity as a tool for relaxation and stress-relief.

intention: to introduce creativity as a tool for relaxation and stress relief

creativity kits/games:

i am turning three of my creativity workshops (creative journaling, creativity for healing and creative visioning) into creativity kits/games.  these kits will be like a creativity workshop for one, with little bits of inspiration and overflowing with creative ideas and support.

intention: to share creative ideas and inspirations in new ways

lots of fun stuff happening!  i am so excited about everything that i am doing.  i see creativity and openness and happiness expanding in all directions.  i also have new ideas brewing for november and december but will let those perculate a little longer for now…
