this sunday (september 20) is my shine a light creativity workshop. (see here for more details about the workshop and a video of me talking about the work i’ve been doing relating to this workshop)
i am so looking forward to this. i always love to give my creativity workshops, but this workshop feels really especially special to me.
i love debbie ford. i heard her speak years ago at the celebrate your life conference in scottsdale, arizona and i just loved everything about her. lately i am finding her work extremely powerful and transformative. i have been listening to her on my ipod and reading her books and just really diving in to shadow work.
all of my creativitiy workshops are inspired by what i am exploring in my life. when something really works for me and excites me i put it into workshop format so that i can share it with others. so, inspired by the shadow work i was doing, i started taking my ideas and turning them into a creativity workshop.
what is different and exciting about this one is that as i was starting to plan for the workshop, i discovered debbie ford had a film coming out, the shadow effect. then i discovered that the spiritual cinema night people at the centre for conscious living had already decided to show this film this fall. so i scheduled my workshop to happen on the weekend of the film showing.
friday night film+ sunday afternoon creativity workshop = holy fantastic weekend

sunday afternoon workshop: centre for conscious living hall, 275 spruce, 1-3pm, $20
