this weekend i am a part of the star tree integration adventures team.  we are putting on a workshop called: create the relationships you have always wanted by learning to more fully love yourself.

i have been doing these workshops for a few years – 3 day workshops, 5 day workshops, even a 10 day retreat workshop.  i just love them.  they have been so instrumental in helping me to integrate all of these beautiful concepts i study – loving myself more fully, being at peace with what is, opening my heart as wide as possible.

so i am thrilled to be able to be a part of the team for this workshop.  some of us got together last night and had so much fun.  when everyone is open and loving energy is flowing – how can you not have fun?  this weekend is going to be fantastic.

see you next week.

Hi Andrea:

I am a Canadian …Albertan to be exact…but I have been living in Fairfax, Virginia for the past two years so I was really excited when I came across your blog! I’m not sure if I’m not looking in the right places but, it seems Canadian bloggers aren’t as plentiful as American. Reading and following yours makes me feel closer to “home” and your talent and insight are a bonus! Thank you for blogging and sharing your talent … I for one greatly appreciate it!

P.S. Your gramma’s homemade perogies looked absolutely delicious!!
