WOW…! I have been sending messages out to the Universe to provide me with the tools for starting an art journal… knowing that I need to resolve several life issues and in the past, writing was the key. Your toolbox would provide me with the prompts to search deeper into myself and understand what is going on in my head….Some quiet time spent at the beach alone, has always helped me connect as well.
