i have been doing affirmative meditations with a lovely woman who is healing her body of cancer. first, i created a specific affirmative meditation for her to support her in focusing her commitment to healing and to feeling good, and in building her faith and her knowing that she can heal herself.
at this point, she is absolutely committed to her healing and her medical tests are showing wonderful healing results already.
so i wanted to make her a new prayer, one that focused on allowing all the good, on feeling blessed and being blessed and living each day as a blessing. at this point it is important for her to release stress and embrace relaxation and feeling good as much and as often as possible. so the affirmative meditation i had in mind was sort of like riding a wave of good feelings right into perfect health and healing.
and i realised – well we can all use support for that, can’t we? who doesn’t want to fill their days and their lives with blessings and feel good? so i decided to make a “i fill my day with blessings affirmative meditation” and share it here:
enjoy and remember – you are a blessing.

I love these affirmations. I say affirmations and prayers every morning. I have a list of affirmations I bring along with me when I’m out to say to myself.
