Hi everybuddy !

I’ve done an inner map for this wonderful internal shift !

And as few steps toward my goal :

- I’ve joined this community and done the exercise this way, enjoyed much !!!
- I’ve joined the SARK community, subscribed to juicy journaling,
journaled a lot
- I’ve a guidebook I’m making for the time I’ll be stuck, toward my real book about art-therapy
- As I want to create a community about art-therapy, I started a blog about my way of using it
- I made a visionary collage toward my new life

Thanks for your encouraging words, Andrea. Well, I’m a little slow in getting into this, but I’ve added a few more pictures with notes, and today I wrote up and posted My Success List at [http://www.flickr.com/photos/ivorl/sets/72157623107985741/]. I’m sure it’ll be amended over time as I think of more. You’re right, Andrea, it does give one a sense of success and sets the stage for more. I have a feeling of achievement and a greater sense of confidence in achieving more. I must say, though, that writing and revisiting some of those past successes did bring up a lot of emotion for me. And it was a big step for me, in trust and vulnerability, to actually post the list where anyone can see it. Yikes!

i haven’t done my list yet – this is a gift for me this week… but i did start a Suzi Blu course which was on my 100 list and that is amazing!!!! thankyou Andrea!
