i am going to be shining spotlights on some of people who are working with my creative visioning process, to show you what they are up to and how they are creating a path to their dreams come true. it is so cool to see everyone working with the same material to create their totally unique and beautiful dream maps. these are participants from my make it happen in 2010: creating a year of abundance, possibility and healing creativity workshop or people who purchased my e-guide version of the workshop create a map: a simple guide to creative visioning.

our next spotlight is on trish.  you can find trish here on flickr.  trish attended my make it happen in 2010 creativity workshop in january 2010.  i know trish as a bright and shining soul who is willing to be brave and honest and always moving forward.

in trish’s words:

what dreams are you working with now?

The dream I am most present with right now is loving and appreciating myself.  It became very apparent to me at the workshop that I had really been neglecting myself.

Recent events in my life have almost forced me (in a very good way) to start taking better care of myself, and this has spilled over in to other dream areas, such as having a healthy and strong body, being present with myself, and being more present with my children.  It’s that ‘ripple effect’.

what did you get out of the create a map process?

What was most useful to me was the actual process of writing down my dreams, getting to the feeling place of those dreams, looking at the obstacles (self-created obstacles!) and then creating bridges over those obstacles.  It was a very empowering process for me, and the process is ongoing.

how do you feel your map will support you going forward with your dreams?

My map will give me something tangible to refer to every day.  I have it as a constant supporter and reminder of what I have set in motion.  It has already been a springboard for bigger dreams and creative projects.  I know that 2010 is going to be an incredible year for me!

trish also created a video of her dream map for us!

thank you so much for sharing trish.  i am so looking forward to see how your incredible 2010 unfolds – it is sure to be inspiring.
