let’s all take some time today to consider how we can nourish ourselves and our dreams.
right now, i am up very early so that i can spend an hour and a half writing before i get my day started. i’m writing an e-course called creativity 101: discovering, exploring + empowering your creative genius. (though titles tend to change as i work on things) i am pretty excited about this course and how it’s going to be able to help people to live more from their place of creative genius. i’m going to be offering it for free to everyone on the creative adventure email list.
the more i nourish my dreams, the more inspired i am.
the content for this e-course is flowing so freely and easily. and as i work on it i get new inspiration for my other projects. my plan is to have several new amazing e-programs available by the end of summer. very exciting! and very much work! so for me, for now, nourishing my dreams means creating time, space and energy for them each day, even if it means getting up at 5:30am. and i am not even tired – i am so inspired and excited about the work i am doing.

Today I wish to nourish my confidence about creating something beautiful and life-enhancing in a medium I am not comfortable with – film.
I videoed a conversation/interview with a wonderful wild man, Primal Scream founder Jim Beattie this morning. SO out of my comfort-zone doing it on video. But I am so THRILLED with the footage, especially the bits where I sound like a donkey’s ass!

Sounds wonderful! You remind me that awhile back I wrote in my planner notebook “Uncovering the Creative You” as a title for a workshop. One day, perhaps? But I am glad you are spreading your seeds of inspiration and support for the Creative goddess! How do you nourish your energy? Phew!

(yeah, I am a vata in ayurvedic terms which means I’m all about ideas; need to cultivate some earth and fire energy to birth them! I tend to wander off following new paths, but I meander to some wonderful places!)

Yes! This is so true. When I get through the hard and talk to my gremlins and actually ‘do’ my things, it all begins to flow, and it’s so divine. Relish it!
