A Creative Dream Spa Treatment is Creative Coaching, Healing and Intuitive Counseling all rolled into one.

The Creative Dream Spa Treatment

This is a virtual dream spa. This means everything will happen in the comfort of your own home, over email and the phone. Your Creative Dream Spa Treatment will include:

• The Salt Scrub: a set of insightful questions to get you started
• The Seautification Treatments: one hour session with me (on the phone)
• Magic Potion: a whole workbook full of creative dream exercise created just for you and your dream, to get you moving beautifully along your creative dream path
• Take The Spa Home With You: an .mp3 recording of our session

When you enter the spa you receive a set of insightful questions.  This can be exfoliating.  You can think of it as a salt scrub for your dreams.

The questions:

• guide you in taking a deeper look at what’s going on which can open up new ideas, inspirations and opportunities
• scrub away the dull surface and allows us to work with your dreams at a deeper level

Then we’re ready for the beautifying treatments.

Like a customized facial, we’ll take a look at what your unique dream needs are and address them.  This will be like a combination healing/coaching/strategy session and may include:

• exploring new routes you can take to your dreams, including finding shortcuts
• turning obstacles into opportunities with a shift in perspective
• creating support systems for your dreams
• examining your fears and understanding their gifts
• getting clear on what is really in the way and what you can really do about it
• turning gremlins and monsters into allies
• finding ways to get more of your dreams into your daily life
• planting the seeds of new dreams
• looking at when a dream really has run its course, and when it’s time to let it go in order to embrace something even better for you

We’ll talk for about an hour and your dreams will emerge nurtured, soothed, smoothed and made more beautiful.

And you get some special magic for you to take home with you.

You will leave with a whole workbook full of exercises customized and created just for you and your dreams!  This will help keep you buzzing along the path to your dreams.

You can come back to the creative dream spa any time you like.

Our session will be recorded so you can listen again any time you like.  Knowing you can listen again and not needing to take notes while we’re talking frees you up to be more present for the experience which helps you get more out of it.

The Ultimate Creative Dream Nurturing Package:

Get your Creative Dream Spa Treatment with ongoing follow-up support.  It is nothing short of amazing, what can happen in your life, when you have this kind of creative dream support.

After your initial creative dream spa treatment, you can choose:

1/2 hour follow-up sessions every other week for 3 months.  (that’s six half hour follow-up sessions after our initial one hour session)

or

1 hour follow-up sessions every month for 3 months (that’s three one hour follow-up sessions after our initial one hour sessions)

These follow-up sessions will be similar to the original spa treatment session but as we work together over time, the work becomes more focused and powerful. Throughout our work together you will continue to receive creative tools and support.  And during the three months you can stay in touch via email.
