I made you Magic Potions!

To give you a dose of happy. Or calm. Or believing in yourself.

Whatever it is you need right now.

Your Creative Magic is like a Superpower.

And when you’re plugged into it:

You believe in yourself.

and

You know that anything is possible.

It just feels good!

Fun and free and creative and happy.

Everything feels smooth and things just go your way.

But getting there is a process.

And sometimes you don’t have time for a process.

Sometimes you really need the effects of the Creative Magic.

And often when you’re in that kind of situation where you really need the effects of the Magic, that’s exactly the time when it’s hardest to access it.

That’s when Magic Potions come in handy.

The Magic Potions are downloadable Guided Creative Meditations in .mp3 audio files.

You can listen on your computer or iPod or burn onto a CD.

These are very carefully designed meditations that engage your creativity and imagination in the process.

They help you to help you step into the feeling and experience you want to be having.

I put in three really intense years of study to learn how to create these meditations. 

They really are filled with my best magic stuff.

I have run about a gazillion healing meditation circles.  And done about half a gazillion one-on-one creative meditation healing sessions with people.

OK maybe not gazillions.  I wasn’t actually keeping count.

You Are Doing Amazing is for when you need to remember that you really are doing amazing.

Sometimes it feels like you’re not doing amazing. Like everything is hard and you’re just not doing as well as you wish you were.

In those times, it’s really good to remember how amazing you are already doing. And then let that fill you up and fuel you up so you can move forward and do even more amazing stuff.

This meditation helps you to dip into your own well of amazingness.

 

 

I Am Ready

I Am Ready is about letting yourself feel ready now. Letting go of fear and doubt and whatever would make you not feel ready to do whatever it is you want to do.

You have a purpose. You have gifts to share with the world. You have things you want to do and wherever you are on your path you are always ready for your next step.

Except that a lot of this is scary stuff.  It wakes up all sorts gremlins and inner critics.

Don’t let them trick you into thinking that you are not ready!

You are ready.

Anything is Possible

Anything is Possible is a big sparkling dose of possibility.

It’s for when you’re feeling confined and unsure. It’s for when your dreams don’t feel possible.

We all feel that way sometimes – that maybe our dream isn’t possible. That maybe dreaming is silly and we should grow up and get real.

The truth is that anything is possible. And the only way you won’t ever get to your dream is if you give up.

So when you feel like giving up, listen to this instead.

It’s OK is about knowing that trusting that no matter what is going on around you – you’re ok. Everything will be ok. You can handle it.

You have an inner source of calm that you can dig into and draw from.

You can let go of the chaos and the drama and the fear and simply relax into the peace that is always present at the core of your being.
