i made this video this morning about the process and results of creativity for healing and how we can use it as a tool to access more of our potential. i am so excited about exploring this new (to me) means of communication – video. i am starting to become more comfortable filming myself and figuring out how to edit the videos and make them what i’d like them to be. it’s such an expressive medium for sharing ideas. i love it.
